Returns Policy

At FourToolz, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Return/Refund Request: You must apply within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at sales@fourtoolz.com

  2. Condition of Goods: Products must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. We recommend keeping the packaging for at least 90 days after delivery.

  3. Eligibility & Handling Fees:

    • Products returned within 30 days in unused condition are eligible for a full refund.

    • Products returned after 30 days but within 90 days may be subject to a 20% handling fee if packaging or condition is not fully intact.

    • Returns without original packaging or signs of use may be refused.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use the address provided by our support team. A valid tracking number must be shared with us.
  5. International Returns: Any customs duties or import fees for returned packages will be deducted from the refund.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified.
  7. Product Damage & Exclusions: Damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, incorrect voltage, or inadequate packaging during return transit are not covered under this policy. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returns to prevent shipping damage.
  8. Refund Processing: Refunds are contingent on inspection and pre-authorization. Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days of return approval.
  9. Shipping Damage Claims: Any product damage from shipping must be reported to FourToolz within 24 hours of delivery.
  10. Order Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly and generally cannot be canceled after 1 hour of placement. If you wish to cancel or modify your order within this timeframe, please email sales@fourtoolz.com
