  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (within country): 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs clearance.

Shipping Options

  1. Super Saver Shipping

    • A cost-effective shipping option where we cover part or all of the shipping fee.

    • Estimated delivery: up to 21 business days.

    • Not available for clearance items.

  2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $1,999

    • Available for orders over $1,999 (excluding taxes, fees, and gift certificates).

    • Eligible orders will display “Free Shipping Eligible” at checkout.

    • Delivery estimate: up to 21 business days.

  3. Flat Rate Shipping

    • Best for smaller and lighter items (motors, engines, parts, and accessories).

    • Flat rate: $90 per order.

    • Delivery estimate:

      • Domestic: 7–14 business days

      • International: 14–21 business days

  4. Saturday Delivery

    • Available for select carriers.

    • Note: Saturday delivery via Postal Service may not always be guaranteed.

Signature Requirement

  • By default, a signature is required upon delivery for added security.

  • You may waive this requirement at checkout. However, if waived, Fourtoolz Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
